Moving to New Zealand to pursue my Master's program was a bold step toward both academic and personal growth. While pursuing my Master's program, and with full-time work rights, I was fortunate to secure a permanent full-time role at Auckland Airport as a Front Desk Concierge at Strata Lounge. *Designed sewing module layouts and balance operator work load and machines using theoretical , actual and machine YAMAZUMIs to improve the productivity and efficiency. *Engaged with front end processes in terms of reduction of the bucket loss during change overs by ensuring the readiness of 4M&I (Man, Machine, Method, Material & Information) through pre and post QCO activities. *Improved the actual efficiency of each sewing module by balancing each skill especially during team member(Operator) absenteeism. *Coached group leaders and team leaders to improve the efficiency through minimizing process wastes and balancing the workload through Yamazumi. *Conducted Kaizens (Continuous Improvements) for process D-skilling to unlock Standard Hours by SMV(Standard Minute Value) savings through autonomation.
