-Analyzing domestic and international customer complaints using SAP, directing them to the relevant unit. -Analyzing quality ratios. -Updating unit files in Roxtra program. -Comparison of Benchmark tests with competitor products.

-SPS work on conveyor lines. -Standard Work and Duration studies on Fixed and Circular production lines. -Counting and Count Accuracy study. -5S work in the production area. -Assuming production responsibility. -Standard Work and Duration studies in the use of Rubber and Plastic Injection molding machines.
