• Sourcing new business suppliers in foreign market as well as Local market. • Market Research for the development of new products. • Planning and forecasting of raw material on a monthly/yearly basis. • Procurement and negotiation of raw materials (PTA,MEG,PIA&DEG) Additives of Textile, Pharma, Packaging, Automobile & PET. Spare parts & plant and machinery from both foreign and local suppliers. • Procurement of Coal. • Making contracts with suppliers annually or monthly for the procurement of raw materials quantity or formula pricing. • Maintaining inventory levels with Buffer stock. • Proposed and analyze forecast for annual expenditures on the basis of past trends for budgeting purpose. • Quarterly presentations to higher management based on market intelligence. • Complete dealings with banks for LCs, Contracts & Advance Payments. • Preparing Projected Cost statements of new projects & every imported material. • Maintain a relationship with the Supplier to ensure all queries/issues are resolved on time.

• Clear the material in Manufacturing Bond for exporting finished goods. • Management of custom-related SROs, ITP, and other related regulatory requirements. • Payment of Duties regarding the Custom Tariff and taking the benefit accordingly. • Quarterly Documentation and working on ISO’9000 to develop for presenting to management.
