The Head of IT & Automation is a high-ranking strategic role designed to bridge the gap between corporate information technology and industrial automation. my role as a leader is to harmonize technological solutions with business goals, overseeing the entire digital and automated infrastructure of our vaccine and biological manufacturing facility. The primary objective is to drive Digital Transformation and achieve a fully Paperless Environment while ensuring maximum productivity, quality, and regulatory compliance.

-         Developing & Maintaining IT Strategy upon Business Objectives, and Breaking down the strategy into IT Operations & Project plans accordingly; follow-up plans implementation to meet success criteria and according to priorities in a resilient manner. -     Determine IT Solutions based on business needs, and compare the Requirements specifications for alternative solutions and study their technical and economic feasibility. -     Developing & Managing IT annual budget of EGP 5 Million; involving the Reconciliation of Forecast versus Actual Expenditure (CapEx & OpEx) in a Quarterly Basis -     Managing IT Service Delivery and Operations Teams to ensure meeting the Operational Level Agreement for IT performance standards. -     Ensure provisioning IT Services for more than 20 Sites according to Key performance Indicators and compliant with Valid policies & Procedures -     Contribute in controlling Business processes, reduce cost & improve productivity, Achievement: -         Develop and Direct information technology program for digital transformation, which is represented in projects o   Renovation of the Information Technology infrastructure Completion 100% The project Scope involve Design, implement and operate: §  Datacenter to be able to host centralized computing and connectivity systems; with the capability of Fire-resistant in access secured cabinet, cooling system, power distribution panels, uninterruptible power supply system, with smart monitoring system, Fire sensing and suppression and leak detection system. §  Professional Connectivity solutions to transfer data among the company 20 sites. §  Revamping Computing; involving Servers and virtual hosting platforms, secure the internal network and access to the Internet. o   Implementing integrated business applications (Enterprise resources planning) Completion:15% -         Develop and Maintain IT Service Catalogue, IT Organization Structure and Roles & Responsibilities.  

- Responsible for Managing IT Operations for one of the largest logistics and stevedoring companies in Egypt and the reason with more than 2400 Employee through Managing IT Service Delivery and support teams; consists of 18 Member including 5 directly reporting subordinates; encompasses Support & Operate IT Infrastructure and Enterprise Business Applications. - Planning and managing USD 1M Annual IT Budget. - Developing IT standard Policies and procedures to assure IT Operations compliance like ensuring tickets are closed within SLA and monitor IT Controls as well as Developing and Maintaining Changes Management System to control installations, upgrades and configurations of hardware and software and Prepare and review all Service Level and Operation Metrics and KPI scorecards for service delivery. Achievements: - Implement a Ticketing System including automated IT inventory register. - Leading a project for implementing Redundant WAN connectivity capable to transmit Data & Voice over IP among Sescotrans Headquarters Datacenter & 20+ remote locations. - Leading a project for implementing IP Surveillance System for multiple sites involving implementing 500 IP Camera, LPR Cameras, NVRs and CMS system. - Participating in an ongoing project for Digital Transformation involving Design and Deploy IT infrastructure capable to host On-Premises SAP 4HANA Enterprise Business Application involving the implementation of Schneider Certified Datacenter, VMWare vCloud Suite 2019 Standard contains vSphere 7 Enterprise Plus pre-configured over Dell EMC® Hyper converged VXRail All-Flash Server redundant Nodes, Avamar Backup and replication pre-configured over Dell EMC® IDPA DataDomain, Juniper Active Network infrastructure and security solutions encompasses Vmware NSX T as a Datacenter East/West Virtual Firewall and Palo Alto NGFW as a North/South perimeter Firewall.

Duties: With respect to PMO Role: - Provide necessary projects organizing, leadership and Support to Project Managers that helped them to Close their Projects Successfully and achieve Programs & projects Portfolio objectives with respect to success criteria. Duties With respect to IT Compliance Role: - Develop and maintain IT Standard; policies and procedures & conduct IT controls. - incorporated with Internal and External audits and coordinate with different teams to generate & follow-up action plans achievement to mitigate Findings & meet Audit requirements. Achievements: - Conduct IT infrastructure Computer System Validation process in 2021 I've closed successfully a Project for Validating GxP IT Infrastructure within Budget of USD145,000 for all sites in Egypt -Slashing IT Operational costs 20% by negotiating Agreements pricing and fees, while ensuring the continuation and enhancements of service levels

- Managing IT Operations & Projects at HIkma Specialized Pharmaceuticals Site involving 4 Manufacturing Facilities including both IT Infrastructure & Enterprise Applications and ensure 95% tickets are closed within SLA and Cover all systems changes over the Change Management System. - Budget Management involve Controlling and reporting Monthly/Quarterly and annual actual expenditures. Achievements: - in 2016 I've Successfully closed a project for building Hikma Specialized Pharma redundant, secure and standardized IT Infrastructure. involving reforming the Technical design to implement all new Cisco Security, Identity management, wireless & SnR Network infrastructure, Data center and Systems infrastructure within a Budget of USD 330,000 - In 2017 I was responsible for Coordinating the implementation SAP (ECC 6.0 ) For Hikma HSP Site together with The implementer Project Manager during the project and After Go-Live Responsible for Managing Master data Creation/Change and user accounts administration and first line support

- Planning, leading, organizing and controlling the Information System Function to achieve the goals of the corporate as well as the strategic objectives of Holding company involving: - Develop and Maintain IT Operations & security policy & Procedures to assure Safe & acceptable IT service level & resources utilization. - Manage IT Suppliers relationship to achieve the objective of reducing IT Operational & Capital Expenditures. Achievements: - in 2009 I've Successfully closed a project for implementing ICT Infrastructure for EUP Manufacturing Facility in Badr and Head office

Managing ICT infrastructure operations services and team Involving Administrating IT infrastructure & Support services, Budget control and Team performance management - Design, Implement & administrate Microsoft Active directory & File Servers. - Administer WAN MPLS VPN within EIMC Headquarters & Distribution branches with 95% Availability. - Performing Sybase Database Administration tasks including Installations, backup & replication among headquarters Distribution branches. Achievements: - Achieving a Project for Implementing WAN VPN for EIMC Pharmaceuticals that support VoIP, IT systems, Network & Access control Systems connectivity Among the Head Office and remote sites.
