2G network: -Had an overview on the whole network (3G/4G) -2G network optimization and parameter tuning in order to improve the network quality(to relive the congestion and minimize the number of call drops) -EDGE/GPRS parameter adjustment to enhance the user experience (increase the throughput) 3G network -Parameters tuning after Release Upgrade on the RNCs -Perform an upgrade and reshuffle plan on the entire network -Drive Test analysis and optimization on the entire network in order to enhance the quality and coverage of the network -Involved in launching 10 new 3G sites and prepare all the needed requirements from Radio side ( neighbors, RF data, ...) -Launched a capacity sites to balance traffic with its neighbour. -Balance traffic between F1 and F2. -Launched U900 sites and balance traffic with U2100. -Apply 3G feature that will improve your network. 4G network -Had an overview on the sites in the network -Drive test analysis, in order to prepare for network expansion -Launched DC (L800/L2600) sites followed by optimization. _ PCI planning. - Parameter tuning on the cell re-selection, handover... - Apply 4G feature that will improve your network. Prepare BoQ for 2G/3G/4G networks based on the estimated traffic increase

Tasks: -Frequency plan and BSIC planning for 2G network -Neighboring and Irat handover planning for both 2G/3G networks -Perform a daily KPI reports for the 3G network by checking the status of Power Utilization, UL/DL CE, RTWP, etc.. -Upgrade the existing solution (software and Hardware) -Prepare BSC/RNC scripts for parameter changes/tuning for both 2G and 3G networks -Customer complaint investigation Achievements: -Swap network from ZTE to Siemens and from Siemens to HUAWEI -Improve the 3G network coverage and quality -Parameter tuning on both network 2G/3G -Improve the HO performance on both network -Network expansion (2G/3G) to obtain a wide coverage

Radio planning and optimization engineer (2G/3G network). Tasks: -Perform a daily KPI reports for the network behavior and proceed with action plan -Perform Drive test and logs analysis using Tems investigation and Discovery software -Perform site surveys to improve the network coverage and quality -Carry out optimization techniques (proper antenna selection for optimal horizontal/vertical performance, mechanical/electrical tilting, appropriate transmit power setting, antenna clearance, neighbor list analysis, etc.) for optimal site/cluster performance. Achievement -Launched more than 100 sites (GSM 900/1800). -Activate GPRS & EDGE services for the whole network. -Launched more than 50 3G sites -Repeaters installation and acceptance -Relieve the network congestion on most of the sites in the network -Quality improvement by reducing the number of call drops
