Certified Bachelor in Business Administration with over 9 years of experience in strategic planning, HR, internal security, and organizational excellence within the UAE government sector. Currently working as a Strategic Planning & Excellence Specialist at the Ministry of Interior, where I lead national performance initiatives aligned with UAE Vision and excellence frameworks such as EFQM and Government Service Stars. My diverse background includes roles in HR management, training and development, risk and cybersecurity, audit, and performance evaluation. I’m certified in cybersecurity and risk management and have contributed to award-winning projects and internal evaluation systems. I’ve received national recognition with 3 Excellence Medals, the Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Medal (Expo 2020), and have represented the UAE as a 6-time Jiu Jitsu World Champion. I also actively support major national events like COP28 and Expo as a volunteer and supervisor.

The course covered how cyber threats impact organizations, critical infrastructure, and society, as well as how leaders and policymakers can develop effective cybersecurity strategies that balance technical realities with organizational and societal risks.
