Despatching Job enquiries to Manpower Supply Agencies, preparing standard correspondences on recruitment related matters, seasonal/routine or activity requirement •Creating basic records of newly recruited contract hire employees in the SAP R/3 Recruitment Module and updating Recruitment Status Report (on-line shared directory) regularly to reflect the most recent standing and maintaining statistics on recruitment activities •Pre-screening/evaluating all job applications both solicited and unsolicited classifying them according to qualifications/experience and short-listing. Conducting preliminary interviews of applicants for junior clerical positions, i.e. English/Arabic typing and simple English language tests, checking test papers and advising superiors of results •Verifying original qualifications/experience certificates of candidates, briefing on terms and conditions of employment and other relevant subject/matters. Initiates and processes reference check for selected candidates. Producing job descriptions and employment contracts. Maintaining client database for mailing and communication purpose •Organizing all aspects of travel including PTA, hotel accommodation, arranging transport for candidates arriving from abroad for initial posting or interviews as well as travel, medical, visas, security passes, optima cards arrangements for selected candidates •Initiating and performing reference/background check for selected candidates. Liaising/following-up with recruitment agencies for timely mobilization of candidates selected for employment •Providing information to job-seekers on vacant positions, informing applicants of job duties and responsibilities, compensation and benefits, work schedules and working conditions, company policies, promotional opportunities, and other related information. •Negotiating remuneration packages with the candidate, local manpower agencies and Line Managers to come up with an agreed package for all parties
