Managed our branches’ Google business page and increased our presence on Meta platforms through constant engagement and paid advertising, which in turn helped to boost leads and sales. Performed general office duties, including managing phone calls and emails. Scheduled appointments with clients. Completed Pre and post installation application via AUSNET's portal. Adding systems to our Goodwe SEMS portal. Engaged with energy retailers to reconfigure meters. Created PV Site information maps, filled in PV Arrays and Single Line Diagrams for all installed systems. Kept our promotions wall and in-office video up-to-date. Photographed solar installations using a DJI Drone.

Front-End Team member which includes manning a register, supervising the self-serve check-out, collecting trolleys, and completing other minor jobs. Front-End Supervisor which includes running a team of up to 14 people, ensuring that all daily tasks are completed, everyone has a role, organising people’s breaks, and helping wth any issue that the team may face. Opening the store involves setting up the department for the day, ensuring that everything is clean and in working order, completing the weight check for all registers, completing a priority-one sheet, counting the incoming cigarettes, and updating the store manager with the status of the department. Closing the store involves counting each register, cleaning the department, ensuring that the trolley bay is full, and filling the front-end stock. Front-End Training involves giving the new front-end team members a tour of the store, ensuring that they are trained using the correct procedures that help to improve their efficiency, showing them all of Woolworths internal apps and website, and most importantly, making sure that they feel confident and confident when serving customers. Online department involves picking orders for click and collect customers and then delivering them to customers in the carpark. This role also involves resetting the store to ensure that all products are in the correct place in the online system, meeting speed and accuracy targets was vital to ensure that orders were correct and ready for intake for pick up. My other roles within the store include: Store Services Assistant Fresh Service Team member.

As a child, I embarked on an entrepreneurial journey by starting a business that sold horse manure from my backyard to my local community. This venture provided me with invaluable experience in managing and running a business in a relatively low-risk environment. Additionally, I gained practical knowledge in dealing with suppliers and effectively managing stock levels. Furthermore, I ran two fundraising events. One was organised for the Good Friday Appeal, while the other supported our local RSL Club. To engage with my customers, I created an Instagram page where they could follow for updates on stock availability.
