I'm deeply driven by a simple but powerful vision: to take what’s been achieved in electric vehicles - making them as affordable and accessible as combustion engines - and apply it to off-road mobility, aviation, marine, and construction. That’s when e-mobility truly scales. And I believe the key lies above us: the sun. I’ve been part of the electric mobility movement since the beginning and started co-developing one of the first automotive battery systems back in 2006. For over two decades, I’ve helped push the boundaries of energy recovery, solar integration, and energy storage, guided by a belief that it’s simply smarter to power mobility with sunlight than to burn extracted raw materials. Today I drive the transformation of proven EV technologies into new markets. Many of our customers, especially in aviation, marine, and specialty vehicles do not have their own battery R&D. We want to bring them full-cycle, customized energy solutions. It's not just about batteries; it's about delivering energy when and where it's needed. That’s why we focus on circular lifecycle models - reuse, repair, refurbish, recycle - building sustainable systems that also make business sense. I build bridges where connection is often difficult - between industries, technologies, and cultures. From combustion to electrification, automotive to aerospace, policy to implementation. I thrive at these intersections, combining deep technical insight with a background in psychology to lead teams with empathy and clarity.
