As manager in Capex Procurement Division at PT. Indah Kiat Pulp & Paper Tbk., I manage my team to do the tender process according to company regulation. Before the tender process start, I select vendor taht qualified to do the proposed capex project. The tender process done by the team that I managed. Before tender finalization process, I do the final negotiation process to get best price for the project. After that I report this tender result to get approval from top management.

As Engineering Department - Civil Sub Section, I handle company's project as the owner's eye and hand to control the project. Responsibility: as Project Administrator. I collect the data and make calculations for the building project for tender process so that our director can pinpoint the contractor as a winner that will do the project. I also keep an eye on the payment process so that the owner pays as the contractor do the progress of the project. As Project Purchasing. I search and contact the contractor or supplier for the general and specific job that we need at the project. I review the technical specifications then go with the price comparations for tender. As Project Auditor. I must make sure that all of the specifications is according to the contract that owner and contractor already agreed for the project. When the contractor make a mistakes I will notice it and get them to replace it with the original one. There is also an additional works calculation during this process to achieve high quality building for the owner. As Project Designer. I design layout draft for the owner's project such as warehouse, factory, and renovations but off course with the approval from the owner as well before we make it real at the project. I keep contact to our structural consultant and deliver the necessary information for the construction specifications that will be done on the future. As Project Coordinator. I control and coordinate the project's team in the project that as we know there will be many team involved in one project such as civil, architect, electrical, mechanical, and many more that the project needs to be completed. Usually we have weekly meeting to review what's the problem and what's the future thing that we will need to do. Special meeting also for the owner to get the presentations from out supplier.

I learned about all management and company functions & decision-making process analysis to get helicopter views in order to prepare us becoming innovator entrepreneur as one of my vision.
