My current role is IT Business Analyst / Senior Solution Manager within the Regulatory Reporting Change team of Bank of New York Mellon EMEA region. Operating at a VP management level my role is to successfully deliver a program of considerable change within the regulatory reporting department through structured and agile requirements elicitation and project management.

Lead BA / Product Owner on a global workflow automation project.

My current role is Senior Business Analyst within the True Customer View team which collates all customer data from across the business into a single customer view. Acting as Lead Analyst within projects which require a single customer view for Personal and Corporate banking. Recent projects include: - Structural reform programme, which involves splitting the bank into UK and corporate entities - Voice biometrics, where customers use their voice instead of remembering security passwords - New branch retail system to capture customer journeys in order to find the correct product In addition to project work I've been instrumental in driving the team towards agile working and changing the culture towards collaborative working within online software Confluence.

The ISEB Diploma in Business Analysis is awarded by the British Computer Society (BCS). The Diploma in Business Analysis is the international, industry-recognised certification that demonstrates the knowledge, skills and capabilities to be an effective Business Analyst.

The IGD Post Graduate Certificate in Management is a practical dissertation based course, requiring an in-depth knowledge of all functions of a business such as finance, HR and marketing. To gain this qualification I had to liaise closely with directors of each function of Premier Foods to gain a full understanding of the operational activities of a grocery based organisation.
