Leading a team for articulated EV Bus conceptualization to design phase.  Responsible for New vehicle development meeting with tender & regulatory compliance.  Owned cooling-related components and interfaces during concept-to-design phase for articulated EV bus programs.  Acted as technical interface for cooling system requirements, regulatory inputs, and tender specifications.  Planned and tracked design release, prototype, and validation timelines in coordination with cross-functional teams.  Evaluated thermal and packaging prerequisites and approved specifications through benchmarking and technical analysis.  Performed vehicle-level analytical calculations (CG, load distribution, power and torque) to support cooling system sizing and layout decisions.  Conducted vehicle-level packaging and concept studies for cooling components and interfaces, using DMU layouts.  Ensured integration of cooling systems with chassis and body aggregates, focusing on fitment, functionality, and serviceability.  Led and participated in DFMEA, DFA, and DFS activities for cooling-related systems, ensuring risk closure before design release.  Supported prototype build and functional trials, resolving cooling-related manufacturing and assembly issues.  Developed and coordinated DVP plans for cooling systems, achieving validation sign-off with indoor and outdoor testing teams.  Drove cost and weight reduction (VAVE) through cooling design optimization.  Diagnosed and resolved field and validation issues related to cooling/EV systems, ensuring reliability and performance.  Communicated cooling-related technical concepts effectively with engineering teams, suppliers, and non-technical stakeholders.

Design and Development of indirect charge air cooler for Mercedes M525, Audi, VW, Stellantis ,HMC, BYD

 Interfaced with customers to understand technical and vehicle-level requirements.  Analyzed engine thermal inputs and vehicle packaging constraints provided by customers.  Optimized radiator and CAC core sizing, fan shroud design, and overall system layout based on performance and packaging feasibility.  Developed 3D models and 2D drawings in CATIA V5, ensuring compliance with MAHLE design standards and technical specifications.  Applied plastic injection moulding and sheet-metal design principles to ensure manufacturability and durability.  Provided cost inputs and coordinated with the costing team for proposal preparation.  Coordinated with proto shop during development phase for prototype build and issue resolution.  Prepared assembly sequence and manufacturing process presentations for process costing and production planning.  Shared packaging and logistics inputs (overall size, volume, and customer location, SOP/EOP) to support transportation and packaging cost estimation.  Participated in ECS performance testing and vehicle-level validation trials at customer sites.  Actively contributed to design reviews and DFMEA discussions with cross-functional teams.  Prepared DVP plans for new projects to support validation and sign-off.  Applied GD&T and prepared detailed BOMs for costing, planning, and production
