Currently working on CSR and community engagement initiatives implemented by the NIIT Foundation and supported by the Infosys Foundation under the Infosys Springboard Livelihood Program, focusing on technology-enabled education and career readiness. Collaborating with academic leaders, institutions, and student communities to drive digital skill development and employability programs. Delivering live training sessions and structured workshops for professors, graduate, and undergraduate students on Emerging Technologies, Artificial Intelligence, and modern digital tools. Conducting sessions on soft skills, personality development, interview readiness, and professional communication while supporting interview grooming, candidate shortlisting, and placement cycle coordination. Mentoring students through end-to-end career readiness and placement processes in partnership with institutional leadership. Contributing to technology awareness, digital upskilling, and workforce readiness initiatives through training delivery, technical knowledge sharing, and stakeholder collaboration.
