Harshitha completed her MBA from University of California, Irvine in June 2024. Her journey began during undergrad with entrepreneurship, where she successfully founded and managed a boutique cake business, instilling in her the values of innovation and customer-centric thinking. This early experience cultivated her go-getter attitude, innovation, and customer-centric mindset, shaping her path to becoming a strategic professional. As a Consultant, she has worked with top-tier organizations such as Rondure Global Advisors, KPMG, and PwC, where she developed her skills in conducting due diligence, developing financial models, and driving digital transformation efforts in the Security and Identity Governance space to enhance cybersecurity and business performance for some of the region's largest clients.
