Supporting the implementation and maintenance of classroom technology and hardware at the college. Continued development of our Solstice online resource to support faculty. Collaborating with our DTS partners to implement the development of new and existing educational resources located on our internal servers. Collaborating with the Instructional Design team to develop and program new interactive HTML resources for increased student engagement in the classroom.

• Assisted in enhancing classroom technology across the University of Cincinnati College of Nursing. • Supported setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of various classroom equipment, ensuring seamless instructional delivery. • Collaborated with faculty and staff to address technology needs and implement upgrades for improved learning experiences.

Cloud Architecture and Strategy: o Lead the design and configuration of virtual networks and cloud infrastructure within AWS/Azure platforms. o Develop and implement automation strategy using IaC tools like Terraform or CloudFormation for streamlined resource provisioning. o Oversight of cloud resources to ensure optimal performance, scalability, and reliability. Cloud Team Leadership and Management: o Set clear goals and direction: Define project goals and ensure the team understands their role in achieving them. o Delegate tasks: Assign responsibilities to team members based on their skills and the project's needs. o Organize workflows: Manage daily operations and structure the team's workflow to maximize efficiency. o Monitor progress: Track the team's performance and adjust plans as needed to meet objectives. Security and Compliance: o Help implement and maintain security measures, focusing on managing identity and access control for cloud services. o Design and implement backup and disaster recovery strategies for critical cloud resources. Cross-Functional Collaboration: o Work closely with the development, operations, and security teams to align cloud infrastructure with overall project goals. o Maintain up-to-date documentation of cloud infrastructure configurations and processes. Development and Support (High-Level Oversight): o Provide guidance on troubleshooting cloud infrastructure issues. o Supervise the building and deployment of machine learning and data processing models in the cloud environment.

Provide customer support to employees of the Graduate College/Provost Office, Grad students, Server configuration and maintain computers. Assist Grad College candidates with corrections to their application. Troubleshoot issues with Teams, Zoom, Active Directory, SCCM, Print Servers, Audio & Video equipment & Microsoft Office 365.
