◍ Selected through a competitive application process to join the AHF Fellowship Circle, a career accelerator program designed for Indigenous, Black, and women of colour pursuing careers in business and STEM. ◍ Participated in small group mentoring circles, leadership and career development learning labs, and networking sessions with industry business leaders.

◍ Tutored small groups of up to three high school students in advanced Math and Physics (University Prep/AP/IB), breaking down complex concepts into clear, exam-focused explanations.​ ◍ Designed structured session plans and individualized learning goals for each student, documenting progress and sharing concise progress reports with parents.​ ◍ Created lesson-specific reference folders with curated notes, practice problems, and external resources to reinforce classroom learning and support independent study.​ ◍ Communicated weekly with parents to discuss results, learning gaps, and next steps, actively incorporating their feedback into future lesson plans to maximize student outcomes.

◍ Processed and organized 1,000+ legal, administrative, and financial documents with 99%+ accuracy using Microsoft Excel and internal systems demonstrating strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and excellent time management. ◍ Took initiative to lead an intern team in clearing an 8+ year backlog of DICOM medical images, ensuring correct claim linkage, reducing the department’s overall backlog by 25% and demonstrating strong leadership, initiative and collaboration.

◍ Used Excel, OpenRefine, and SQL to clean, transform, and analyze complex startup and market datasets, extracting actionable insights that informed investment decisions and presenting findings through clear, insight-driven data visualizations.​ ◍ Researched early-stage tech startups and industry trends, applying critical thinking to evaluate market size, traction, and financial metrics, and synthesized the analysis into strategic investment recommendations and an externally presented investment memo.​
