 Focused on assisting the team with remediating the manual process into a full-fledged user- friendly application.  Reviewed use cases and assisted in functional and technical design using MS Excel, Appian, Oracle, and Java.  Guided team members to achieve daily and weekly targets through Jira, Bitbucket, and Confluence.  Coordinated with internal teams and clients for smooth and concise production.  Trained nearly 10 batches of new and existing members over Zoom application to adapt well to the project's aim.  Responded proactively in emergency situations related to developing critical or complex use cases, and resolving incidents.
