* Farms2Families is AIC * BIMTECH Incubated startup which provides fresh farm produce organic vegetables directly from farm to customer doorstep within 3hrs on subscription basis. During the Internship worked directly with the founder & was involved in : * Hiring of Junior Interns for various roles of marketing & sales. * Handling of marketing & sales operations. * Working with the team of 15 juniors interns. * Sales increased by 20% by the collective effort of team under my leadership. * Special focus on brand building.

Umeed works for the education of needy children who are under difficult circumstances, such as child labour, children inflicted and affected with HIV/AIDS, street and runaway children, children with rare disabilities, disaster struck children and slum children. Special emphasis is given on girl education and women education, so that they and their families get empowered. While organization works closely for the upliftment of slum people. > During internship worked directly under leadership of founder & President, Mr. Surabhjeet Gautam > Internship was designed in a way to provide interns with the exposure on various aspects of working of an NGO through training & practical work. > Worked across Media Dept., Marketing & Promotion, Human Resource, & Event Planning. > Received "Best Volunteer Award" for my work in HR Dept. by founder.

* Betterdrones is a Premier Training Institution developing ecosystem for the Drone industry. Betterdrones undertake drone operations in the field of Data Acquisition (Including IR and Thermal), Agriculture, Mining, Survey, Monitoring, & Inspection. Train and certify Cadets as Drone Pilots & Engineers by providing hands-on practice and experiences on live operational projects . Curriculum is progressive & is designed to prepare individuals for licensing with Pre, Progressive and Final Tests and relevant Soft Skills for all Roles. Our syllabus and conduct include best practices of the Indian Air Force and Army Aviation. During the Internship worked directly with the Founders and was involved in : * Brand Building * Building & Implementation of Marketing strategies for training programs * Collaborations with the existing training Institutes.
