Front End - Angular JS

* Expanded truck drivers in the network from 150+ to 700+ which increased the supply chain efficiency and reduced lead time. * Designed an orientation programme where every driver goes through well designed training module, which includes Customer Interaction, Hospitality training and Tech Deployment for both Corporate and SME's. * Optimized lead time for SME's from 45 minutes to less than 20 minutes. * Coordinated with the Technology team in improving the applications with consistent feedback from the on-field insights.

* Worked as shift in-charge in an underground mine, Ballarpur Colliery 3&4 Pits, Ballarpur, Maharashtra. * Responsible for the overall Coal production in the shift and Safety of workers under my charge. * Was a rescue trained person as certified by Mines Rescue Station, Nagpur. * Led a team of 40 workers for quenching of fire when fire broke out in the mine on 24th December 2012 but was unsuccessful in the attempt and Mine was closed on 27th Dec, 2012 with zero manpower loss * Ensured smooth functioning of recovery operations and part of the mine was successfully re-opened on 28th April, 2013 * Speeded up the process of commencing the Man Riding System in the mine, thereby increasing the productive time per shift by 1 hour. * Actively managed a shift of 130 people ensuring full reopening of mine as well as increasing the production per shift from 10 Tonnes/shift(May 2013) to 200 Tonnes/shift(Dec 2014). * Captain of Ballarpur Rescue Team in Zonal Rescue Competitions – 2013 of Western Coalfields Limited.

* Responsible for the smooth and successful conduction of the Great Step - 2010, Annual Department Tech Fest. * Led a team of 3 sub heads and 10 volunteers for organizing the Guest Lectures, Events and Logistics of the fest. * Conceptualized and implemented two new events in the fest.
