Harsh Singhal

I currently work at Bachatt, a fast-growing fintech startup, where I drive high-impact cross-functional projects across product and growth. My role focuses on shaping user journeys, improving product funnels, enabling data-driven decision making, and executing initiatives that accelerate customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. Previously, I worked in a strategy role at Kapture CX, an AI-driven customer support automation startup, contributing to initiatives across growth, partnerships, and GTM execution. Before that, I was a Management Consulting Associate at Accenture Strategy & Consulting in the Intelligent Asset Management division, where I advised Fortune 500 clients on digital transformation, analytics-driven efficiency, and operating model design. I graduated from IIT Delhi (B.Tech, Biochemical Engineering & Biotechnology) in 2023. Beyond academics, I built strong leadership and execution skills through leading student-run initiatives and working closely with early-stage startups. I’m deeply passionate about startups, strategy, and building scalable products, and outside of work I enjoy sports and writing.
