I graduated with a Diploma in Digital and Interactive Games at North Sydney College - TAFE. As part of this, I was the lead programmer for Adventure Krew, an independent games development company who were working on the mobile game "Raptor Escape: The Escapening" which was released to the Google Play store. I also worked in sales at Hoyts Cinemas, where I gained customer service and sales experience as well as consistently hit KPI targets. I was often responsible for many other staff. My most recent employment is Service Delivery in the TransACT Provisioning team within iiNet Limited. I am responsible for the provisioning and cancellation of VDSL, ULL, FTTP and HFC services in ACT and Victoria. This includes providing phone support for in-the-field technicians.
