Co-founded and scaled Batch’d, a fast-growing retail sweet treats brand with 25+ sites across the UK, including shopping centres, train stations, and food halls. Lead day-to-day management of the business, covering site expansion, lease negotiations, supplier relationships, and product development. Built strong commercial relationships with major landlords securing prime locations in high-footfall centres.
