Serco Leisure, a sister company to Serco is a high chain of leisure centres around the country. I joined Serco as a sales manager for the Bolton sites in November of 2013. I was heavily relied on by my colleagues to make sure our site hit target each and every month without fail. Not only did I hit those targets I always exceeded them. I was also in charge of staffing at the site and the general running of the centre and all sales when on site.
