As the Founder and CEO of Innovadel, I started the company in 2010 with a focus on delivering exceptional Salesforce Commerce Cloud solutions. Over the years, I have driven the company's growth and evolution, transforming it from a startup into a thriving technology solutions provider with a dedicated team of over 50 experts. In 2021, we achieved a significant milestone by becoming a Salesforce Consulting Partner, which marked a new chapter in our expansion. Initially focused on Salesforce Commerce Cloud, I have strategically extended our team and Salesforce Managed Services offerings to provide comprehensive Salesforce 360 services, including Salesforce Order Management, Omnichannel (Inventory Management System), Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Pardot and Marketing Cloud. In 2023, I founded KaamKrew with a clear vision: to transform the job market in Pakistan by providing safe, reliable, and continuous work opportunities. At KaamKrew, we’re not just offering home maintenance services but creating a movement for change. Our mission was to bridge gaps in the labor market by addressing the challenges workers and employers face. Through brainstorming, research, and a commitment to understanding what needed to change, we developed solutions that empower low-wage workers, raise awareness about their rights, and showcase their true potential. As the founder of Convertopia, I launched it in 2022, drawing on my extensive background in the eCommerce industry. Convertopia is a complete platform that improves search and generative experiences for eCommerce. Our AI-powered search ensures users always find the most relevant product, information, and answers. Our goal is to help our customers create the personalized experiences that people now expect in the digital age. Working as a consultant on Turner Media in house products.

Working as a contractor on Telco project for main Telecom company in Greenland. Working as a full stack developer on all layers of the project including Frontend, Application Server Side, ESB Clients layer, ESB Service layer, and Persistence Layer. Proposed Spring Webflow as the main technology for heavily dependent wizard based CRM application, which was previously built in Javascript. Implemented the first few interfaces using Spring Webflow, and trained the whole team on the new framework. The new technology was highly regarded as contributing a great deal in overall success of the project. Actively providing technical assistance to team specially on the technologies like Spring Framework and Hibernate. Major tools and technologies used in the project are Java 7, Java EE 6, Spring Framework (Webflow, MVC, Security, Data), JBoss ESB, Hibernate, JPA, Apache Solr, SOAP, XSD, Apache CXF, Maven, Archiva, SOAPUI

Worked as a Hybris contractor. Worked on Sainsbury Tu brand eCommerce site and part of development team that launched the first release of site. Developed different features on customer face site including areas like Product detail and Category pages, Checkout, Store Locator etc. Worked in Continuous Integration and Agile development environment using Jenkins & SCRUM Worked on Hybris eCommerce Platform and major tools and technologies includes Java 7, Spring Framework, Ant.

Worked as a contractor. Worked at client site; Sainsbury on their eCommerce site. Developed different modules as part of ongoing enhancements. Worked on IBM Websphere eCommerce platform and major tools and technologies includes Java 7, EJB, PowerMock, Jenkins and Ant.

Worked as a web developer and participated in revamping Superdrug eCommerce site on new Hybris platform. Worked in Continuous Integration and Agile development environment using Jenkins & SCRUM Worked on Hybris eCommerce Platform and major tools and technologies included Java 7, Spring Framework, Junit, Maven and Ant.

Worked on different projects using multiple platforms and technologies including JAVA and Demandware. The role was mix of remote and offshore. Provided consultancy on multiple eCommerce projects on Demandware platform for Visionet Systems. Built, managed and lead team of couple of developers on Demandware platform. Worked on multiple eCommerce projects for US based clients including VineyardVines, Life is Good, Bootbarn. Worked in SCRUM methodology for Life is Good project. Worked as an architect and lead developer on Product Advisor certification with Demandware; a Demandware LINK cartridge.

Worked as a contractor to develop and architect on web based online ordering application. Major technologies included Java 6, Java Spring Framework, Struts2, Tiles, Hibernate. Worked in Agile development environment using TDD and SCRUM.
