High Speed Railway project phase1 package1 of 2B USD contract amount and submitting the RFP to the client. • Finalization of consortium agreement for the project. • Prepared and submitted RFQ to the client with due diligence documentations for the 5 consortium members, pertaining to the Riyadh Metro project of 23B USD. • Owner representative for 160M USD, 28 floors Hyatt Regency Hotel in Riyadh. • Prepare NDAs/MOUs/JVAs/consortium agreement for strategic partners. • Renew company’s ISO (9001, 18001, 14001) certs. in coordination with HSE and QA/QC team. • Attending industry events, conferences, gather market information and develop new clients/partners.

• In charge of Centralized Procurement Department. • Sourcing, prequalifying of the vendors and preparing contracts. • Submittals for Civil, MEP works for various Building Projects, Water Projects and Infrastructure Projects in KSA.

• RFQs and RFPs for various Housings, Hospitals, Universities, and infrastructure projects.

• EPC of 6 x 50 Bed + 5 x 100 Bed Ministry of Health-Hospital Projects of $ 62M USD. • Asbestos Abatement Project for Samama Company, for Removal, Safe Transportation and Disposal of ACM, for MODA Client. • Engineering, Materials/Drawings submittals/approvals. • Contract management & Variation orders with consultants/clients. • Attend meetings with consultants/clients for work progress and monthly billing. • Assist in tendering of various government & private projects including Hospitals, High-rise Towers, Residential & Commercial Buildings, etc. for MEP Works.

• 7 nos. x 100-300 Bed Hospital Projects of $ 71M USD. • 150 Bed Kingdom Hospital Project. • Kingdom Tower Outdoor Deck Lighting System/Controls. • MEP activities management. • Site progress monitoring. • Managing submittals/approvals. • Arrange completion of site works and coordinate with site construction team for design/engineering. • Co-ordinate with consultant/client and vendors for timely approvals/deliverables. • Prepare and follow-up Variation Orders for the MEP contract. • 4 nos. x High-rise, mixed-use Residential & Commercial building projects in Madinah. • 200 Bed Hospital Project in Jeddah. • Technical procurement of MEP works for Al Faisaliah Tower; including material submittals, liaison with the designer Foster & Partners for value Engineering / Approvals. • Involved in the centralized procurement department for MEP works, including Sourcing of vendors, RFQs, POs, project schedule and budget. • Liaison with project client for approvals, contractual matters and progress billing.

• Lead MEP Procurement Department for materials required for this prestigious Mega project of over USD 250Million. • Review of project contract documents, initiate RFQs for MEP works (HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, Irrigation system, Electrical Power and Low Current systems), evaluate suppliers / subcontractor's proposals, negotiate prices, contracts and issue Purchase Orders. • Follow-up for materials inspection/delivery and liaison with consultant / site for tracking the budgeted activities and schedules.

• MEP project execution with related external works for various projects, including ARAMCO Elementary School Building at Dhahran, ARAMCO 1000 men Mosque at Dhahran HQ, Corniche 1000 men Mosque at Jeddah, Extension of Hospital (KAA Airbase) at Dhahran, SAPKT-Village at Sulayyil, Eclair project of Saudi Naval Base at Jubail, King Fahad International Airport at Safwa/Dhahran for BECHTEL. • Material & Drawings submittals, approvals and procurement for HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting and Irrigation system. • Attending progress meetings. • Preparing progress payment applications. • Client liaison.

Installation, start-up, testing/commissioning of Bottling plants including ice plant, refrigeration system, water treatment plant, belt conveyor system and E&M troubleshooting at various franchises of the company.
