I have over 22 years of culinary experience, I have traveled this amazing country and I find no need to go outside of it to learn any more, there is plenty here. My passion has lead me to own, run and work with some of the greatest in the industry, yet I always want to learn and work with more. Teaching is my love, watching others grow and blossom into greatness is the greatest way to pass on the gift. Being able to do this daily is the best job anyone could every have.
