The tasks and responsibilities include: - Identifying Potential Clients: Research and identify potential customers, including businesses and individual consumers, who may be interested in the company’s electronic products. - Product Presentations and Demonstrations: Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of the company’s products, ensuring customers understand how the products can meet their needs. - Sales Negotiation and Closing Deals: Engage in negotiations with customers to agree on pricing, terms, and delivery schedules, aiming to close sales deals successfully. - Customer Support and Follow-Up: Provide excellent after-sales support, addressing customer inquiries, handling complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Follow up with clients to ensure continued satisfaction and encourage repeat business. - Market Research: Keep up with the latest trends and innovations in the electronics industry to better understand customer demands and adapt sales strategies accordingly. - Collaboration with Other Departments: Work closely with the marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure alignment of sales goals with overall company objectives. - Achieving Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets set by the company by maintaining a strong sales pipeline, converting leads into actual sales, and identifying new business opportunities. - Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance. - Consolidating colors and product design with the design team to prepare information for quotation. directly contacting customers to confirm purchase orders and prices. - Receiving purchase orders, approve producing requests and send requests to production tracking the process to ensure the products are finished on time. - Discussing with customers to find the best way to solve problems if occured.

- Contacting the customer to discuss drawing in order to construct a sample shoe based on it. - Constructing the sample for every stage until the customer confirms the production of the mass quantity. - Exporting the samples for every finished stage. - In addition, taking over an English class at the company to improve colleagues' English skills.
