Current Responsibilities : Responsible for handling transition management of properties, which includes taking handover of completed projects from Construction department , coordinating with Construction management for resolution of all issues related to snags and establishing the properties for smooth operations and responsible for setting up and running the Facility Management operations for the properties, through a team of facility managers and outsourced vendors . 1. Managing the transition of properties from Project completion stage to Facility Management Drive project closure and completion of all snagging activities with Construction Management following intense quality control and testing procedures Handover residential units to customers as per agreed possession timelines Manage customer interactions and coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues/ escalations Attend to flat owner grievances, and resolve customer issues during defect liability period Coordinate with company Legal and other departments for society formation and handover 2. Facility Management operations Manage FM operations for Residential sites through outsourced FM agencies Manage and coordinate for the overall security requirements of the properties Negotiate vendor contracts with clear service level agreements Ongoing monitoring and audit of vendors performance Develop department budget and monitor its adherence.
