* Determine critical success factors for new client acquisition, negotiate and close business to ensure that Branch Sales targets are achieved. * Meeting the branch sales targets in the defined market and business segments. * Develop and maintain a network in the community to enhance the visibility of the bank and to build a strong referral source for new potential business. * Ensure branch operational integrity: communication and compliance in all branch policies and procedures. * Provide consistent quality customer service to both internal and external customers that meets or exceeds established standards.

* Independently handling rating assignments for Small and Mid corporate from different sectors that have approached for Basel II rating/ debt instruments ratings and making presentation to rating committee. * Undertaking Financial Statement Analysis, which includes analysis of P&L, Balance sheet, Cash flow statements and key financial ratios. Analyzing past financial and business performance of the entity and bench marking these against peers' performance and projecting future performance. * Writing Rating Report which includes brief profile of the rated company, key rating considerations, credit risk assessment, ratio analysis such as solvency/capital adequacy and preparing financial projection/modeling, operational & industry analysis and peer comparison. * Drafting Rating Rationale/Press releases which are hosted on BWR's website. * Adhering to standard operating procedure & time line and maintaining various documents as per the regulatory requirements.
