- Handled a team of 12 recruiters - Responsible and accountable for achieving Goals set for my teams/accounts. - Extensive experience in identifying suitable candidates for direct project position and contract to hire positions and contracting positions based on project requirement from clients. - Actively involved in the screening process, especially for the Middle & Top Level Management. - Regular interaction with the Employees based at client site for any issues and concerns. - Create and maintain profiles of candidates interested in contract, contract-to-hire and full-time employment positions. - Interview and screen potential candidates regarding both technical (perfect skill match) and personal skills, (interpersonal and communication skills). - Developed solid relationships with clients and hiring managers by understanding their required and desired skills and presenting qualified candidates. - Handle negotiations of billing rates and salaries throughout the hiring process. - Responsible for negotiating contracts with candidates and Clients. - Innovate or lookout for new initiatives for recruitments. - Preparing reports on daily, weekly and monthly basis related with recruitment and performance.
