* Collaborating with U.S. EUCOM to implement annual (US$1.5 million) Wales Initiative Fund (WIF) budget * Coordinating and monitoring the implementation of 120 Partnership for Peace (PfP) Program activities with Bosnian national ministries and governmental agencies, NATO HQ representatives, U.S. Unified Combatant Command and EUFOR * Analyzing WIF fund’s disbursements, overseeing budget execution, and providing amendments to existing budget on quarterly basis * Facilitating the implementation of PfP Information Management System Program in Bosnia-Herzegovina * Co-leading WIF effort, together with U.S. Naval Postgraduate School and RAND Corporation, aimed to improve cost efficiency and operational effectiveness of the Armed Forces of Bosnia-Herzegovina’s annual budget disbursement (US$245 million) * Managing screening, initial selection, interview and government-stipulated procedures in selecting viable candidates within Bosnian national ministries and agencies to participate in various U.S.-sponsored defense sector education programs

Responsible for managing all U.S. DoD Foreign Military Sales (FMS/FMF), Humanitarian Assistance (HA), Global Peace Operations Initiative (GPOI) and Building Partner Capacity (BPC) programs in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

* Delivered a range of teaching and assessment activities including tutorials directed towards the delivery of subjects at research and advanced work in economics * Thought courses such as International Finances, International Economy, Human Resource Management and Trade Management * Tutored several classes amounting to total of 200 students in the principles of macroeconomics * Contributed to the development of appropriate teaching materials to ensure content and methods of delivery meet learning objectives * Developed and designed the curriculum in a manner supporting an economics focused research-led and scholarly orientated approach to student learning

The Partnership for Peace (PfP) is a programme of practical bilateral cooperation between individual Partner countries and NATO. It allows Partner countries to build up an individual relationship with NATO, choosing their own priorities for cooperation. -Major NATO initiative in 1994 -Provide stability to post-Cold War central and eastern Europe -Build stronger political and military ties to NATO and within region Partnership for Peace (PfP) Coordinator, coordinate, manage, facilitate all PfP, NATO, USEUCOM, CENTCOM, DIB, MARSHAL CENTER, Joint Staff and OSD exercises, operations, events and activities in order to assist Bosnia’s accession into NATO and its full Integration into the Euro-Atlantic security structure. Plan annual programs, monitoring implementation, coordination between the beneficiaries and other stakeholders, financial management of multi-million worth of annual projects, ensuring gender mainstreaming.
