1.Follow up purchase request from ppic 2. Sourcing , comparison offer, negotiation with supplier 3. Handle purchase for raw material, coating, local-import material 4. Filling, maintenance relationship vendor and reporting daily, weekly & month of the PO 5. Coordinate with ppic, marketing and ware house for issuing purchase also arrival date of goods 6. Hande for fertilizer import and follow up schedule of shipments 7. Follow up and check the sales contract from fertilizer supplier 8.create new letter of credit (LC) & arrange the schedule of payment. 9. submit submissions for payment of supplier invoices that are due and make reports. 10. Arrange tt payment, maintenance relationship with supplier 11. Check & follow up sales contract for shipment schedule by container or vessel bulk. 12. Monitoring & controlling for arrival shipment.
