Roles & Responsibilities: • Proven Work experience in End to End Recruitment For IT Sectors • It Includes Resume Analyzing, Screening, Negotiation and Shortlisting candidates based on requisite skill sets as desired. • Hands on experience in sourcing candidates from various job portals like LinkedIn, Naukri, Dice, Job Posting etc.. • Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. Phone and Ms Teams). • Responsible for keeping all the Data of the candidate details and documents. • Responsible for systematic screening profiles based on internal eligibility criteria. • Proficient in recruiting candidates from all Junior Level to Senior Level - leadership hiring. • Follow -up with candidates post Interview and gather feedback from both the candidate & clients. • Niche skill hiring with combinations of Various Skills. • Develop and maintain all recruitment related database and employee database on a regular basis in ATS Tool. • Worked on Super Niche Skills like T24 Technical & Functional, T24 AA, IBM WAS, IBM ACE, Java Spring boot, Integration Engineer, Cloud, DevOps, Java API, Infinity/Kony, Ansible, SQL Admin, TPH Techno Functional etc., • Involve internal interview process like L1, L2 and client interviews based on the selection will follow HR discussion and then process offer with concern approvals. • Handling of End to End Recruitment Processing in SAP SF. • Releasing offer of the selected candidate once we have offer approval in system and capturing details of the candidate in SAP Success factor. • Responsible for HR Discussion, Salary negotiation, Documents Collection, Offer processing/approvals, post offer follow up. • Good Sourcing in LinkedIn Platforms and Experienced in Handling Vendor Management
