Researched, evaluated and negotiated contracts with vendors, both locally and globally to obtain raw materials for production, sales and stock. Analyzed financial and inventory reports to reduce networking capital, backorders and open sales orders. Worked with the warehouse team to move stock around the country to help consume aged stock. Worked on PDM (Product Data Management Software) “Sovelia” and successfully transferred and set up parts/BOMs on the ERP “Microsoft D365” Checked and documented changes made to the machine in accordance to the activity plan, before delivering to the customer. Prepared MDRs (Machine Data Report) for all the machines that left the workshop ensuring smooth inspection by the site-managers. Managed and updated the technical documentation, drawings and parts information on the LinkOne catalog for all the machines.

During my engineering, I took up my major project that involved creating a program to optimize Supply Chain Operations for transport companies and this experience paved a path in improving my knowledge in Supply Chain Management and Operations.
