Building Insurance Payments solutions for Amazon | Led the migration effort from Arest framework to Coral Framework for Payments Org | Created a new protocol for communication (HTTP - ION)

At Amazon, I led the launch of the cart messaging system, designed the Hierarchical Fallback Query algorithm (later adopted across multiple teams), and built cloud components that accelerated our migration to AWS. As the go-to owner during peak sales, I drove scale and resolved high-pressure issues. Beyond delivery, I mentored engineers, sparked a culture of knowledge-sharing, and co-created a video ingestion & distribution platform that became the go-to hub for collaboration.

Was part of multiple teams in WW Customer Returns. Worked on the following : - FrontEnd services which manage UX for Amazon Retail WW. - Core backend services responsible for handling return policies and resolutions WW. - Video solution for customer support which was responsible for content ingestion, management and distribution - Developed one of the first webapp in amazon completely built on NextJs framework - Developed search lookup algorithm for most optimal hierarchical ElasticSearch lookups

Worked on Adobe’s RH server, to create an AI powered Search Engine for Generic Documents
