I was one member of 12 in Coffee Green Project that succeeds in growing mushroom in coffee waste with little cost and aims to introduce it to low-income families to sell. My job is to participate in weekly meetings to discuss what we should do next and to assess what we had done; to exercise marketing events to local communities, to study organic growing techniques independently and to train local people. Moreover, I assisted in all kinds of administration job such as translation all sorts of materials, organizing regular meetings and staff assemblies, and team member evaluation.
