Nautique Lakefront residence Project Budget: $73 million (26 story and 7 underground level parking)  Project management • Liaised with variety of professionals including Architect, Subcontractors, Consultants and City of Burlington. • Prepared construction management and mobility plan. • Assisted Project Manager in managing budget and project resources. • Analysed Contracts, Specifications, Standards and Scope of Work. • RFI and Submittal management • Assisted Project Manager in planning & monitoring project schedule. • Scheduled scoping meeting with the Subcontractor & went through all the changes and cost negotiation. • Identified critical path activities and proposed corrective solution to maintain the Project Schedule. • Issued change directives to subcontractor for changes in the project scope due to differing field/site conditions.  Field Work • Facilitated daily sub trade meetings. • Coordinated onsite activities, deliveries & inspections. • Took Concrete quantity take offs • Ordered and controlled concrete pours. • Tracked material supplies, manpower and equipment. • Enforced health and safety policy on site. • Ensured that work gets completed as per workmanship standards.
