I am working with Artificial Intelligence and Analytics projects where working on business objective simplification, technical development, designing architecture and handling a team for project progression. For my good work, I have received appreciation emails from the company and many clients. Also, I promoted to the next level in 9 months. Main Goal of this project is to provide an insurance facility to end users. Users can online fill-up the form, pay premium amount, and claim for insurance etc. In this project back-end and admin site development using Python, Django, MySQL, Redis technologies. Enhancing admin module, adding new features and functionality in the LMS (Lead Management System) application for Call Center Agents. So, Agents can flexibly use our system and they can identify all leads with priorities, automated SMS and Email Functionality, Calling Functionality to solve the end user issues and complete process. Enhancing admin module, adding new features and functionality in the EMERGE (After Payment) application for Call Center Agents. So, Agents can follow up customers for premium policies, medical, discrepancy raised related issues. Automated SMS and Email Functionality, Calling Functionality to solve the end user issues.

R&D Team Member and Migration Team Member @ OpenERP I was involved in development of Odoo V7. In R&D, Worked on UI, Security, Access Rights, Domain, Filters, Workflow, Business logic related task developed using python. Developed and design many reports. Writing script for core modules in different versions.(v6.1, v7, v8). Fixed technical and functional issue related to Odoo modules. Good interaction and communication with client for any kind of support.

Email Marketing Module main purpose is to automate the process of qualifying leads out of customers, send response (in the form of emails) based upon criteria, and perform activities at regular time intervals. The emails once created can be saved as templates and be re-used later. The process too can be saved in the form of campaign and run on different segments. The activities can be reviewed and managed as required.
