As an Assistant Project Manager and Project Coordinator at VPAC Construction, I successfully managed the entire lifecycle of a 22-unit multifamily building in North Vancouver, overseeing tasks from the project structural stage to occupancy issuance. Additionally, I contributed to managing a Vancouver multifamily project from the envelope stage to occupancy issuance. My responsibilities also included project tendering and estimation, scheduling, and budgeting for an 80-unit townhouse project in Richmond and a 63-unit townhouse project in Vancouver along with the project kickoff with key structural, electrical, and mechanical trades. The project values for the above projects vary from$15 mil to $40 mil.

Bharat Associates is a developer company that focuses on high-rise construction. Raj Textile Market is a commercial project consisting of three high-rise concrete towers of 16 floors with 2 underground parking. Total project value adjusted to Canadian construction cost is estimated to be about $80-$100 million.
