Developing and executing procurement strategies and plans that align with the project's objectives and requirements. Conducting market research and identifying potential suppliers who can meet the project's needs. Negotiating contracts and agreements with suppliers to ensure the best possible terms and pricing for the project. Managing the procurement process, including issuing requests for proposals (RFPs) and evaluating supplier proposals. Ensuring compliance with project budgets, schedules, and quality requirements. Collaborating with other project teams and stakeholders, including engineering, construction, and operations, to ensure a coordinated and integrated approach to procurement. Maintaining accurate procurement records and documentation to support project reporting and audit requirements.

Research potential vendors. Responsible for procurement of Raw material like round bar, plates, Ingot etc. (i.e IS2062, ASTM A572, 1045, 1144, 12L14, EN19, 41B, SS303,304,316,420,415, AL6082,6081 etc) Responsible for Bought out Purchase Responsible for all sub contract work and take regular follow up Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing Track orders and ensure timely delivery Review quality of purchased products. Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices. Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed based on MOQ & ABC analysis Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storages.
