• Prepare and/or coordinate complete estimates including analyzing specifications, proposals take-offs and other documentation to prepare estimates. • Analyze blueprints accordingly, in order to prepare bid package requirements • Attend meetings (internal and external) as required to discuss the status of estimating documents. • Organize and update the required templates and logs associated with the estimating activities. • Coordinate and communicate the required information with clients and follow up on the status of RFIs and other requests in order to submit the takeoff files in accordance with the deadlines and other pricing requirements. • Handling multiple projects concurrently while remaining focused and fully oriented on each project. • Developing advanced estimating skills.

• Read and understand architectural drawings/plan. • Responsibility for Shop drawings, managing projects from initial to close out phase, including managing client expectations using a Gantt chart • Oversee and maintain project budgets and timelines and manage multiple projects. • Prepare and/or coordinate complete estimates including analyzing specification, proposals, take-offs, and other documentation to prepare estimates. • Follow up with GC after Bids have been submitted and keeping track on Excel Tracking Sheet Daily • Preparing and Submitting bids on Industrial, Commercial and Residential Projects • Prepare and/or approve quote requests, worksheets, estimates, purchase orders, and invoices • Generate and develop new opportunities • Perform cost revisions and cross-check; identify overbudgeting and ensure correct billing. • Co-ordinating between shop team and estimating team. • Work closely with architects and sub-contractors and maintain a collaborative team environment. • Carrying knowledge of all CSI divisions of Master format. • Hands on experience on MS project scheduling software, building connected (bidding software for sub-trade), Bluebeam, Procore
