- Managing end-to-end procurement activities for HR Coils and HR Plates, ensuring full compliance with technical and quality requirements. - Procuring critical raw materials for 3LPE coating, including Epoxy Powder, Adhesive, and Polyethylene. - Overseeing the sourcing of internal coating materials, with a focus on various grades of Liquid Epoxy. - Handling jobwork and service contracting for off-field coating and painting operations. - Conducting thorough assessment and onboarding of new suppliers based on organizational needs and compliance standards. - Driving performance evaluations of suppliers with a focus on quality, consistency, delivery timelines, and after-sales support. - Building and maintaining strong supplier relationships to ensure reliability, innovation, and long-term collaboration. - Ensuring stakeholder satisfaction through timely procurement, cost optimization, and adherence to project schedules. - Continuously upgrading procurement processes with evolving technologies and digital tools to enhance efficiency and transparency.
