Responsible for the end to end purchasing and procurement process, both imported and local, including : ✓ Raw Materials (Direct and Indirect materials). ✓ Goods (Spare part machine, Maintenance activities, Quality/R&D/Laboratory activities, HSE activities, GA activities, IT activities, etc). ✓ Services (training, certification, calibration, etc).

✓ Manage the procurement process of imported & local material by KITE. ✓ Create purchasing policies. ✓ Selecting & evaluating vendor. ✓ Arrange budget purchasing. ✓ Conducting performance reviews of the purchasing process. ✓ Responsible for all import operation : supplier, customs, forwarder, delivery, inbound, & report. ✓ Managing risk & security of supply chain. ✓ Approving and or reject purchase contracts. ✓ Ensure purchase base on company need. ✓ Ensure incoming material base on specification & budget. ✓ Cost reduction activity.

✓ Leading a team of purchasing specialist. ✓ Managing purchasing budgets, tracking expenses, & identifying cost saving opportunities. ✓ Working with other departments to help identify purchasing needs & priorities. ✓ Evaluating & selecting suppliers based on criteria such as quality, pricing, & reliability. ✓ Negotiation contracts, terms, & prices with suppliers. ✓ Handling potential supply chain disruptions, also ensuring timely & cost effective. ✓ Continuously improving purchasing process to enhance efficiency & cost effective.

✓ Handling import & local supplier of material. ✓ Create & maintain consistant email communication with internal production team, vendors, suppliers, forwarders, & customs. ✓ Open & place purchase order of material on demand. ✓ Arrange schedule incomimg material. ✓ Shipping ways maintenance. ✓ Handling customs clearance & documentation to deliver the goods in compliance & Indonesian Customs regulation. ✓ Payment all order to supplier. ✓ Maintain quotation from supplier. ✓ Track inventory & stocking management. ✓ Communicate to supplier for material problem, handle & support claim, return, issue debit note to vendor. ✓ Negotiated policies & contract vendors to achieve optimal prices & consistant availability.

✓ Giving personal counseling to student. ✓ Giving psychotest training for student.

✓ Serving customer transaction. ✓ Perform data entry of transaction into the system. ✓ Complete all daily report after the closing transaction. ✓ Calculate total cash transaction. ✓ Comparing the amount of physical money and the amount recorded.

✓ Create financial bookkeeping daily. ✓ Perform administration purchase document. ✓ Perform payroll administration. ✓ Perform purchase materials from suppliers. ✓ Prepare annual financial statement.
