• Designed and participated in projects to optimize the progress of cycle count, resulting in a 50% productivity increase. • Led local operation pre-audit project, passed the annual internal audit as 100% accuracy in both inventory and finance. • Managed material inventory and collected data to forecast operation material usage to avoid shortage. • Cooperated with the PE team and Operation team to complete the racking project, which increased 800 locations and 1000+ SKUs in Freezer, raised revenue up to 650K per week. • Implemented Pivot Table through Excel to analyze weekly and monthly cycle count data to find the root cause of inventory discrepancies. Reduced the operation error from 80% to 50%. • Conducted labor and headcount calculations of inbound and cycle count team to ensure 100% on time cycle count and inbound. • Applied WMS and ERP to monitor the whole progress of the inbound and cycle count. Micromanaged each team member to optimize efficiency.

• Negotiated with upstream of supply chain to get the lower price. Showed the products selling trend in the past and future to the wholesaler, which made the order price decrease from 27 per unit to 22 per unit. Total costs were reduced by 18.6% compared to the previous order. • Improved the efficiency of inventory by using the concept of Lean Six Sigma. Speeded up the efficiency of inbound and outbound by allocating space and tools. Implemented VLOOKUP and Pivot table to manage the inventory information。 • Optimized order frequency by using R studio to forecast on next six months sale trend depending on previous data and external factors, to minimize the transportation and holding cost. Set the optimized order frequency for the next year by using EOQ model which would make the ordering cost decrease 90%.

• Assisted professor to complete project with data analysis software which helped customers recognize the selling situation. Pre-owned Car Market in China • Utilized UiPath to grab data from website and guide into Excel. Preprocessing the data with different tools. Used reasonable statistic model (Python) to replace the null value and deleted all duplicate values by Excel. • Used Tableau to do visualization on sale quantity in the past, target customer types and sale locations in China. Got the result that the middle class in South of China became the main customers in used car market.

• Built warehouse bill according to property of goods by using WMS. • Assisted in distributing goods & plan space. Analyzed and managed inventory levels to maximize order fill rates and inventory turns.
