I am a recent Accounting graduate with a strong passion for Human Resource Management. My career goal is to grow into an HR Specialist, and I am actively building the skills, experiences, and mindset needed to thrive in this field. My professional journey began in customer service, where I developed solid abilities in client engagement, conflict resolution, and communication. These experiences sharpened my interpersonal skills and ability to manage people effectively, qualities that directly support a career in HR. To further strengthen my foundation, I have taken courses in recruitment, employee engagement, and organizational development, and I apply these skills through community involvement in HR-related activities. In addition, I completed a Virtual Assistant training with ALX, where I gained hands-on proficiency in scheduling, documentation, digital communication, and remote collaboration tools.
