Responsible for purchasing various materials, including hardware accessories, IT equipment, office dormitory furniture, bearing narrow V-belts, cranes, etc. Successfully completed three project tenders, with a combined bid amount of approximately RM10 million. Currently three ongoing project tenders, with an estimated total value of around RM50 million. Through strategic negotiations and cost-saving initiatives, successfully negotiated preferential prices with suppliers, achieved a substantial cost reduction of around RM2 million. Conducted thorough checks on the pricing of works outside the contract scope, ensuring that contractor-quoted prices remained reasonable and aligned with project requirements. Proactively engaged in contract negotiations with suppliers to secure favorable conditions, services, and material content.

• Check supply vs. demand in monthly cycle. Prepare monthly shipment forecasts & demand requirements. • Ensures suppliers are brought into the warehouse on time to support production forecast. • Co-work with various department (Logistic Team, Planting Team & PC Team) to resolve operational procurement activities. • Communicate with end user to make sure the items request by end user is matching. • Source new supplier to avoid supply issue and cost down. • Monitor the precious metal price (Nickel). • Negotiate with supplier if any unit price increase. • Update SDS, ISO certificate & ICP data.
