Identify the causes and advise on any improvement in safety standards Carry out the Safety inspection for all equipment, monitoring them to make sure they are working safe. Prepare daily. Weakly. Monthly. safety report Make training for all employees according to training matrix Support the HSE Manager in ensuring HSE compliance onshore and offshore and perform regular HSE audits in the areas of business and vessel operations Ensure training, tool box meetings, and drills are implemented as part of the company’s offshore training and HSE program. Identify the areas as required with potential Simultaneous Operations (SIMOPS) and ensure that no work activities conflict by ensure clear PTW Control Procedures.

( Hurghada Power Plant ) ( 300 MW ) Main Duties and Responsibilities Conduct HSE trainings and orientation to all new employees Help develop controls for identified hazards, coordinate the implementation of controls from result of hazard analysis. Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of the hazard control system, policies, and procedures and recommend changes that reflect improved opportunities to eliminate work place accidents and injuries Coordinate with environmental manager on development and implementation of hazard mat procedure and policies. Monitor, revise, and implement ongoing updates in safety regulations, laws or reporting requirements Support the HSE Manager and team with planning, coordinating and implementing of effective HSE policies, guidelines and procedures to ensure that the department objectives are met. Ensure all worksites are HSE compliant with Company policies and safety standards.
