The Operations Support Supervisor is responsible for driving daily processes and performance execution of the Ops Support team. Reporting to the Operations Support Manager, this individual oversees day to day activity of the team including managing, reporting, and investigating inventory inquires to ensure Choice Logistics meets client requirements.

Responsible for supporting customers and suppliers and ensuring that CL meets customer requirements. Working directly with the customer, managing, reporting and investigating inventory inquiries. Following up on the day-to-day running of the vendor, assisting vendors with their daily operational tasks, and collaborating with the Regional Field Service Manager to improve performance. • Run daily reports to ensure receipts are processed timely and accurately. • Manage stocking location daily compliance to all Choice processes and procedures. • Oversee and support all field related project. • Issues/re-issue service bulletins. • Train stocking location staff on Choice related processes. • Troubleshoot Choice related hardware. • Perform systemic investigation of transactions to resolve inventory issues in a timely manner. • Provide stocking location on-site support/supervision for moves, training, and client load- ups/exits. • Perform and reconcile MIR. • Coding: Dock to Stock & Recode: On Time Performance as needed. • Partner with the Regional Field Service Manager to ensure that assigned Strategic Stocking Locations remain compliant with inventory procedures. • Create and manage receipts for clients to ensure compliance to receipt requirements

-Administration of construction expenses and budgets -Cotización de materiales, maquinaria, herramienta y equipo menor de construcción. -Materials, machinery, tools and minor construction equipment quotation. -Financial and administrative reports of construction. -Warehouse control, entry and exit of materials, tools and construction equipment. -Development of municipal tenders folders -Administration of statistical databases

-Monthly donation payment processes by the different offline banking tools and platforms. - Development, assignment and databases analysis for telemarketing team campaigns: increased donation amount, membership retention, donations not generated due to invalid bank transactions such as soft and hard decline, welcome calls and campaigns for emergency fundraising. - Monthly reports related to donor status, donation status and new donors. - Information management extracted from specialized software (CRMs) such as Microsoft Dynamics and Civi go. - Registration of new users in CRM.

- Transmission of fundraising campaigns via telemarketing. - Fundraising based on high quality performance goals. - Responsible for administration, logistics and joint work with the courier service provider, for the monthly postal delivery to our donors nationwide (Welcome parcel delivery and important information). - Managing the results of the monthly work of the telemarketing team, including the filtering and reorganization of information from their databases in orden to returning optimized databases to the telemarketing team.

- Validation and air waybills delivery to the clients customs agencies. - Documentation and merchandise transfers between warehouses. - Air waybills registration before the SAT (México customs authorities) via "Valida Carga". - Tracking of the estimated arrival of air shipments. - Support to the client in merchandise release processes, customs clearance, help the client's personnel to check the merchandise status and with retention issues. - Preparation of export guides. - Information updating abaut the landing, air waybill deliverys and merchandise release on a local system in orden to database supply.
