At warren oil I started the process by metering in oil to the pressure vessel. The thermal heater was then used to heat the oil for the process to begin taking other chemicals involved in the process. After all chemicals were added the vessel was then sealed so that chemicals could reach there boiling point. During this process I had to monitor pressure and temperature very closely. Once the process was complete the finish goods were pumped over to holding tanks where they were cooled off and ready for more additives. I also performed routine maintenance on the thermal heater (Fulton) as well as the Air compressors. I made changes to PLC and fixed and Repaired pumps and other various equipment used in the process.

I loaded Railcars as well as Tankers. I also moved railcars with the assistance of a track mobile 4500(Railcar mover) . I also loaded and unloaded takers and railcars from vendors that arrived daily with raw materials , I moved tankers with yard mule YT- Thirty. I also inspected railroad tracks for proper width and cross tie defects.
