* Managing and Supervision of Licensing and Examination Personnel * Tactical planning of resources requirements including human, physical, technical and financial. * Participated in regulatory reviews regarding the applicable regulations * Development of annual budgets, control of expenditure and implementation of control procedures. * Manage the delegation and availability of resources applicable to projects and internal routine requirements. Timeous response to operational demand changes. * Proactively research, develop and establish the specific standards to be applied in the field of operations of the licensing of all aviation personnel and aviation examinations * To project a satisfactory image of the SACAA to all stakeholders. To provide industry feedback to the Authority. * Manage key performance areas of holders of directly reporting positions to ensure achievement of their agreed objectives.

To render a comprehensive enforcement service with the view to ensuring compliance with civil aviation statutory and regulatory requirements and to promote aviation safety and security within civil aviation through appropriate enforcement mechanisms.
